As a Church, our aim is to be engaging and challenging but above all, to be real. Nobody wants to be patronised, made to feel stupid or bored (especially when you could be at home having a lie in!), so we try to make our services fun and relevant to everyday life - fit for the whole family.
Cafe Church
On some Sundays, we like to spice things up a bit at Scarborough Salvation Army and throw food and fellowship together into one big bowl! Instead of meeting upstairs, we take our church downstairs and into the community hub. With a sprinkle of drink and a good dollop of worship, Cafe Church Sundays are extra special.
Life Groups
Fortnightly on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's here at the hall and at various homes, we join together to explore and search deeper into the bible. The ultimate aim is to try and understand more of what Gods word can mean to us individually, but also collectively as a community. It's so important to us that we 'do' life together.
